We understand the concerns surrounding COVID-19 and the impact this might have on you and your booking with us.
As of 22nd March 2020 our doors are closed for the next two weeks.
We take the safety of our customers and staff seriously and we continue to ensure that our premises adheres to recommended hygiene standards whilst also implementing new practises and precautions such as: ensuring that each and every customer that enters the building uses hand sanitiser, providing non latex gloves for all participants, throughly disinfecting in between each and every game and filtering the air.
If you are showing any symptoms, have been near anyone showing symptoms we ask that you do not attend your booking.
Despite our efforts we understand that you may need to cancel your booking. During this time we are relaxing our cancellation policy and offering free rescheduling or customer account credit to be used at a later date for each and every booking. This credit will last indefinitely.
